Delete your Matalaku account

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Matalaku and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@matalaku.in from the email address you use to log in, with the subject "Delete my Matalaku account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, gender, date of birth, city, languages, bio), favourites and blocks are deleted.
• You can no longer log in, receive calls or be found by others.
• Unused wallet balance is forfeited unless you request a refund before deleting (see the Refund Policy).

What we keep

Payment, wallet and tax records (amounts, dates, order IDs, and for hosts, payout details) are kept for as long as Indian law requires, generally up to 8 years. Safety reports about abuse may be kept to prevent banned users from returning. We never record calls, so there are no call recordings to delete.
